Peteris has joined Match as part of the agency’s ongoing effort to address the dynamic motivations of today’s consumers, whose journey from awareness to purchase requires an agency with deep expertise across every channel and touchpoint.
Peteris’ 20+ years as a global media, marketing, and business consultancy professional has been defined by a business-first approach. Peteris honed his expertise at MediaCom for 10 years, followed by another decade with Starcom Mediavest Group, building brands and businesses through strategic digital and integrated planning, media planning and buying, and retail strategies, grounded in data-backed consumer understanding. Peteris takes a particular interest in going “deep into the numbers” to gain a thorough understanding of consumer motivations, brand performance, and optimal efficiency. He applies this understanding across the full consumer journey, removing gaps between the upper and lower funnel, and ultimately driving conversion.
Samantha comes to Match with more than 25 years as a marketing and public relations professional, working across lifestyle, CPG and services brands, most recently as the Director of Brand and Business Development for Epsilon Agency. To stay ahead of the need for innovative, integrated, nimble solutions in an ever-changing buying environment, Match has accellerated investments in talent and technology over the course of 2018 and into 2019. As the agency pushes their insights, strategy and creative talent to the next level, Samantha will share Match’s thought leadership and unique motivation-based approach to addressing consumer’s wants and needs through digital, social and experiential channels.
